There was a strange history with Webmoney.

It was required to me to transfer one person (to Ukraine though it is insignificant) a certain sum. The sum was decent and roubles have not sufficed me. Therefore the basic sum has transferred in WMR with the patronage for 7 days. Remained 100 WMZ has transferred without any patronage.

I write to the person on ICQ - whether has received money. That answers, that 100 WMZ has received (which have been sent later), and more nothing came. I look at myself - money are written off, in history of operations is, the status of transfer "is not completed" - that is the code is not entered also money somewhere dangle in system.

Have decided to wait - whether a little that. Next day the situation has not changed. The person has written to a support service with a question: " Where is the fucking money, Lebowsky ". From support have asked to send three kinds of screenshots - a WMR-purse, a WMZ-purse and full history of operations. It has sent. After that support has decayed.

Support has decayed for day. Has then informed the subscriber, that money to them have arrived. The subscriber has answered, that the essence of a problem and consists that they did not act. They dangle somewhere in system. Three day. And this money to it are necessary - to purchase forages to a camel, differently it will die. And if the camel will die, I have added already to a support service, the support service because it is a mistake of system, instead of ours will already die. And I do not understand, why some day the subscriber cannot already receive my money. Though the system, certainly, has not forgotten to demand the percent for transfer.

To wait for the ending of week and possible returning of the sum to me on a purse - it would not be desirable in any way. First, long, and secondly, why I should lose already paid percent for transfer?

But today all has ended safely. Money to the subscriber have come, and it has received dry lines from a support service: " Money are enlisted on the account ". There has passed only almost week. I, in general, did not wait from a support service of words of moral sympathy or any apologies (though obviously the system is guilty), but their manner to obtain data and to dump for some days without any explanations - somehow has not pleased. Especially, I emphasize, that it was not our fault. We were diligent translators of a small tranche for twenty cars of bacon.
